  3. What products are you using on my shoes?
  4. We developed our very own Shoe Cleaning solution that is gentle on various types of materials and different brushes for different materials to ensure a satisfying outcome.

  5. What kind of shoes and material do you clean?
  6. We clean all types of shoes: Sneakers, sport shoes, sandals, leather shoes, boots, flats, heels, kids shoes etc. We clean all types of materials too: leather, suede, nubuck, PVC leather, canvas, fabric etc.

  7. Do you provide Customisation service and how may I go about this?
  8. Yes we do provide customisation service, based on the design that you bring us.

    How to get a customisation:
    a.) Show us a design that you would like to custom. Do not have any design in mind? You may check out our Instagram for some inspirations.
    b.) We will quote you based on the design.
    c.) Bring us your pair of shoes that would like to be customised. Don’t have your pair yet? Don’t worry, we can source it for you.
    Just pay for the shoe price, no extra charge!
    d.) Make full payment
    e.) Our team will notify you when the customisation is done. Our customisation usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete. Thank you for your patience

  9. How do I settle my payment?
  10. Advance payment is required, we will issue an e-receipt via email after payment. We accept cash, credit/debit card, GrabPay, Maybank QRPay, Touch N Go, Fave Pay and Bank Transfer.

  11. Do you have delivery service?
  12. Yes we do! Our pick up and delivery service is available every weekdays from 9am-5pm. Our delivery fee varies depending on the area you are in. Please click on Request Pick-Up Service button to request service.

  13. Do I get any discount?
  14. We frequently announce our promotion and deals on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Follow us on Facebook: keep updated on our latest services and promotions. We offer discount for big quantity, contact us for quote! Please contact us

  15. What if I’m not happy with the service?
  16. We’re always there to listen and improve, we’ll consult you upon specific pair of shoes before you decide to use our service, but should you still be unhappy with the result, we’ll settle case by case. You may contact our Customer Service: However, we are not responsible for any damages/color fading due to old condition of the shoes.

  17. Disclaimer:
  18. At K-Kleen we are committed to ensure your Sneakers are thoroughly cleaned. We are not able to commit that a one-time cleaning will bring your sneakers to the original (brand new) condition. We will do our best to remove stains, dirt and marks but will not be able to restore wear & tear for all cleaning services.

    Please also note that these following cases might appear after service:

    1. May cause all material types to become tender, stiff, brittle and may cause some buckling and peeling.
    2. Shrinkage of all material types is unpredictable and may occur.
    3. Slight changes in shades or top finish may occur on all material types.
    4. Scars on leather skins which were covered over by the manufacturer could show after our cleaning process.
    5. Breaks and skin lines may show to be more apparent.

    Customers are required to collect their shoes within 02 months from completion date, K-Kleen will not be responsible for shoes that are left at our premises by customers for more than 02 months. Please contact our customer service line for any assistance regarding shoes collection.

    K-Kleen will not be responsible for any shoes without official receipt, customers are not advised to leave your shoes in the shop if there is no service required.
